What’s included in your Smudge Kit:
Abalone Shell - A Beautiful thick seashell with a iridescent inner lining. A gift from Mother Earth and a healing tool to catch hot cinders from burning sage or palo santo during your ritual.
Palo Santo - “Holy Wood” has been used for thousands of years as a energy cleanser. Clears both people and spaces when burned. 
White Sage - A sacred herb that has been used for hundreds of years as part of cleansing ceremonies. Used to ask for blessings, prosperity, protection and to clear unwanted energies. 
White Sand - Using sand at the bottom of your shell in smudging rituals may prevent elevated temperatures that naturally occur.
